In sizes S, M, and L, the paper provides certified KIT 9 grease resistance, an indicator of a high level of protection against grease penetration. The KIT standard evaluates the material’s resistance to oils and sauces: level 9 ensures advanced impermeability for greasy or oily foods such as burgers, sandwiches, pastries, cheese, or hot preparations.
